RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that,

Subcouncil 23 SUPPORT and RECOMMEND to Council that project WPX.0012521, Heritage Day Programme – Ward 33 (R100 000) be cancelled and the funds be reallocated to existing operating Ward Allocations project, WPX.0012555, Youth Empowerment Programme – Ward 33 thereby increasing the budget from R250 000 to R350 000.

The 2020/21 budget amendment be submitted to Council for approval.
