It is recommended that Area East: Subcouncil 8, recommend that:

Nine Miles Project (Ward 83), (Wards 85 and 100) and Titus Community Development Association (Ward 86) render the Humanitarian Relief Programme in Subcouncil.

The provisions of food parcels to individual households within in wards 83, 85, 86 and 100 BE APPROVED.
c.) It BE NOTED that each food parcel may not exceed R400 per household.
