That the monthly report on Land Use Applications received for Subcouncil 21 for the month of February 2021 BE NOTED.

That a presentation BE ARRANGED for the Activity Day Session on 16 May 2021 on the process and procedures to be followed when a land use application is submitted, which applications go to the Municipal Planning Tribunal and which areas are not obliged to submit land use applications.
