a. That the Application for Extension of Liquor Trading Hours from 18:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday Trading for Off-Consumption Premises in Respect of: Shoprite Liquorshop Goodwood, Erf 32943, Cnr of Voortrekker and Kimberley Road, Goodwood, Licence Reference Number WCP/006351 – Ward 27 BE APPROVED, subject to the Disaster Management Act: Regulations relating to COVID-19 repealed.

b.  Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.

c. Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence. 

d .This approval is subject to compliance with all relevant City of Cape Town By-laws and related Legislation. 

e. This application be approved, further, taking into consideration the current health situation, subject to the regulations published in terms of the Disaster Management Act: Regulations relating to COVID-19 repealed, as amended from time to time.
