That Subcouncil RECOMMEND and SUPPORT request for Implementation of Speed Humps in Royal Road, Clarke Estate – Ward 28.

That the Subcouncil NOTE that the Remedial Engineering Measures Programme Screening Guideline Form was completed by the Ward Councillor – Ward 28 and that the request was justified and will be submitted to the Transport Planning.
