It is recommended that

Subcouncil 22 support and recommend that the Area Cleaning 2020/21 allocation funds be reallocated to existing Bush Clearing project.

Subcouncil 22 approve the request to increase the amount of R154 416.33 for the Bush Clearing project of Subcouncil 22 to R799 286.63

The top-up amount of R644 870.30 be used from the savings of the Area Cleaning project.

Subcouncil 22 submits further proposals for consideration for bush clearing services within 2020/21 period for Subcouncil 22
