Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule part 24.4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Silver Bullet Productions, Erf 161436, Prime Park, Unit E18, Mocke Road, Elfindale, for the sale of liquor for Micro Manufacturer – Off Consumption, Ref No LLA21030014, be supported.
