Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule part 24.4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Second Shot Beverage Engine, Erf 161436, Prime Park, Unit E10, Mocke Road, Elfindale, for the sale of liquor for Micro Manufacturer – Off Consumption, Ref No LLA21030011, be supported.
