RESOLVED that:

Subcouncil 23 DO NOT SUPPORT the application for the extension of liquor trading Monday-Saturday trading hours 18:00 – 20:00 submitted by Twin Two Liquor.

For the reasons set-out as follows:

a.1 The Liquor outlet is located in a general residential environment;
a.2 There is a School, a Mosque and a Rehabilitation Centre in close
       proximity to the outlet;
a.3 The temporary departure for Erf 2983, 54 Iris Circle, Woodlands, expires
       07 October 2021
