RESOLVED

1. That Subcouncil 23 NOTES the Progressive Expenditure Report as at March 2021;
2. That the project scope for project CPX.0021338-F1-Strandfontein Hall – Furniture be amended to read: Various furniture items to be procured for the Youth Resource Centre at the Strandfontein Hall, as the current description of the project prohibits the procurement of  furniture not written in the current project scope;
3. That a Project Managers meeting be arranged to discuss the accelerated implementation plan for Yr21 projects as well as to reconvene the proposed Ward Allocation 2022/2023 projects.
