RESOLVED that,

Subcouncil 12 agrees on the way forward to:

Continue to engage with Safety and Security about facilitating the accreditation of Neighbourhood Watches in Tafelsig by the Provincial Department of Community Safety;

The current occupant be engaged in terms on the way forward by Subcouncil
-
Failing to comply with (b), initiate the process of eviction through an application to court via legal services for an eviction order (bearing in mind Covid-19 Regulations)

Allow the neighbourhood structures to work with each other by working from Hive 1
