RESOLVED

The members SUPPORTED AND RECOMMENDED that based on the contents of the report Subcouncil 11 resolved to:

(a)  Support the allocation of funding to provide food relief to the communities within its area of jurisdiction in line with Council resolution C09/01/21(d);

(b)  Note that Council has granted the Area Directors, in consultation with Subcouncil Managers and the Finance Managers: Urban Management, the authority to renegotiate additional areas of distribution to cover all wards with the qualifying organisations.
