Resolution detail
It was RESOLVED that based on the contents of the report Subcouncil 15 resolved to:
-
support the allocation of funding to provide food relief to the communities within its area of jurisdiction in line with Council resolution C09/01/21(d);
-
support the renegotiated organisations and proposed disbursement amounts where it deviated from the Subcouncil’s original recommendation vide 15SUB04/10/20SM;
-
NOTE that Council has granted the Area Directors, in consultation with Subcouncil Managers and the Finance Manager: Urban Management, the authority to renegotiate additional areas of distribution to cover all wards with the qualifying organisations;

NOTE that the Subcouncil Manager will, from time to time, liaise with Ward Councillors individually with regard to the implementation of the humanitarian relief programme in their ward
