It was RESOLVED that Subcouncil 15
-
NOTED the report on the preparation of a local spatial development framework for Maitland: Initiation of the process;

APPROVED the geographic area depicted in annexure 1, attached to the report, subject to the inclusion of Berkley Road Maitland;

APPROVED the commencement of the drafting of the local spatial development framework for Maitland subject to (b) above and further subject to the department presenting an updated proposal at the April 2021 Subcouncil Activity Day, scheduled for 19 April 2021;

Submit, via the Secretariat, the report on the preparation of a local spatial development framework for Maitland: Initiation of the process to the next Ward 53 and Ward 56 Committee Meetings.
