the request for implementing traffic calming measures, in Rhine Road, Sea Point, between High Level & Main Road, Sea Point, as per Annexure E attached to the report BE NOTED.

the request in (a) above be referred to the Transport Department for a technical assessment and report to Subcouncil 16.
