That Subcouncil 18 SUPPORTS that the City of Cape Town reserve land in the Greater Grassy Park (ward 67) (eleven erven along Rooikrans Avenue and erf 1219, which could be built by either developers or organisations who has an interest in the well-being of the Elderly at risk;
