Resolution detail
RESOLVED that,
Subject to there being adequate space for wheelchair users and strollers to pass by,
the granting of rights to the applicants as listed and for the areas as set out, in Annexure A, or their successors in-title, be approved subject to inter alia the following conditions:

At a market rental as proposed by the valuations branch (see Annexure C), with an 6% escalation per annum from date of valuation i.e. as from 2020/08/01.

The lease will endure for a period of 3 years.

The properties will be used for tables and chairs purposes only.

Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority.

Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements.

No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.

All outstanding accounts with the City of Cape Town must be settled.
