It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from 80'S PUB ref. no.; LLA20110008 was considered in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA20110008, for 80'S PUB, BE SUPPORTED subject to the condition that the owner be held liable for any liquor related activities outside of the premises within a 100m radius.
