That the recommendations contained in the Report on Proposed Lease of the City land, being Erf 13277 Nyanga, bounded Mtsha, Njwele And Siphika Road, Nyanga: Ilinge Labantwana Daycare Centre BE NOT SUPPORTED based on the information provided by the Ward 39 councilor and the community contained in the discussion on the item as well as the report and its attachments.
