Subcouncil 20 approves the application for the liquor licence received from
Tops at Bergvliet, Erf 163951, 149 Main Road, Heathfield, Ref No WCP041136/B, for the extension of trading days and hours, Sundays, from 11:00 to 18:00, for consumption off premises, subject to the Regulations of the National State of Disaster Act (Covid 19) regarding the sale of liquor.
