Subcouncil 20 approves the application for the liquor licence received from Ikky’s Liquor Shop, Erf 82834, 130 Flora Road, Retreat, Ref No WCP033940A, trading days and hours, Mondays to Saturdays from 18:00 to 20:00, for consumption off premises, subject to the Regulations of the National State of Disaster Act (Covid 19) regarding the sale of liquor.
