Subcouncil 20 approves the application for a liquor licence received from Tops at Rosmead, Erf 152796, 67 Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth, Ref NO WCP034816/A, for the Extension of Liquor Trading Days and Hours, Mondays to Saturdays from 18:00 to 20:00 for Consumption off Premises, subject to the Regulations of the National State of Disaster Act (Covid 19) regarding the sale of liquor.
