RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
Subcouncil 20 that in considering the Subdelegation Rule part 24 4 (1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson, it was recommended that the application for the liquor licence received from BP Blue Route/PnP Express Tokai Grocer’s Wine, Erf 9877, 20 Tokai Road, Tokai, for the sale of liquor for Consumption Off Premises, Reference No LLA20120015, be supported.
