Subcouncil 20 endorses that the Spatial Planning and Environmental Portfolio Committee, in its role to ensure public participation in the development of policies, support that the draft District Spatial Development Framework (SDF) reports for:
Go out for public participation as this forms part of the process to development
policy that will be recommended to Council for approval.
Subcouncil 20 endorses that the Spatial Planning and Environmental Portfolio Committee schedules special Activity Day Sessions for in-depth discussions on the respective District SDFs.
