RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
 
Subcouncil 20 recommends that:
 

  1. In terms of Sections 14 (2)(a) and (b) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 in terms of 2003 (MFMA)
 
  1.  Council resolves that Erf 2517, situated at 3 Aloe Lane, Constantia, in extent approximately 936m² (see attached annexure A for Plan Lis 2156), be regarded as not being required for the provision of the minimum level of basic municipal services; and
 
  1.  Council confirms that their fair market value of the asset described in (a)(i) and the economic and community value to be received in exchange for the asset described in (a)(i) has been considered;
 
  1. In terms of Regulation 5(1)(b) of the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations of 2008 (MATR). Council approves in principle the transfer of Erf 2517, 3 Aloe Lane, Constantia as described in (a)(i); and
 
  1. Erf 2517, situated at 3 Aloe Lane, Constantia, be transferred by a public competition, subject to Conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in the exercise of her delegated authority.
