RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that a portion of Erf 1056-re situated at Green Point, in extent 970 m² and as indicated on plan LIS 926v1 attached as Annexure “A”,(the “subject property”) be DEFERRED to conduct an onsite inspection on 21 January 2021. Environmental Management and Parks Department to be invited.

RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that Reservation of Swiss Social and Sports Club, a portion of Erf 1056-RE, off Bill Peters Drive, Green Point: Facilities Management Department NOT BE SUPPORTED and would like process to be opened up for exclusive community use.
RESOLVED that a meeting be schedule to discuss the way forward regarding leases that’s close to their termination date.
