RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Not delegated: for decision by Council:

It is recommended that:

a)   Subcouncil 7 support and recommend to Council that the project, WPX.0012408: Eversdal Tennis Club – Courts Resurfacing (R250 000) be cancelled and funds reallocated to a new project as set out below:

      Eversdal Tennis Club - Repairs and Maintenance (Repairs to diamond wire mesh fence and gates at Eversdal Tennis Club) (R250 000)

b)   The new project and 2020/21 budget amendments be included in the January 2020/21 Adjustment Budget.
