It was RESOLVED that

Changes in respect to Subcouncil Meeting dates BE COMMUNICATED to the Executive and Council Support Office and the Inter-Departmental Liaison Office, once permission have been obtained from the Chief Whip in consultation with the Speaker of Council;

Changes in respect to Ward Committee Meeting dates BE COMMUNICATED to the affected Ward Committees timeously;

The Schedule of Meetings and Activities within Subcouncil 15: January to December 2021 BE NOTED.
