It is recommended that:

Subcouncil 17 supports and recommends to Council that the unallocated amount of R12 052, forthcoming from 2019/20 balances, be allocated to the capital projects as set out in Annexure A.

The 2020/21 budget amendments be included in the January 2021 Adjustment Budget.
