Subcouncil 20 approves the application for a liquor licence received from Pick n Pay Plumstead, Erf 73786, Shop 1, Pick n Pay Centre, Cnr Gabriel and Wicklow Road, Plumstead No WCP020639/B trading days and hours, Sundays from 11:00 to 18:00 for consumption off premises, subject to the Regulations of the National State of Disaster (Covid 19) regarding the sale of liquor.
