The District Managers of the Roads Infrastructure & Management Department BE ENGAGED by Subcouncil Managers with regards to the road markings programme.

That two (2) specific locations where the longevity and quality of road markings can be tested, BE IDENTIFIED by Subcouncil Managers.

That Subcouncils IDENTIFY the markings in their respective areas that should be monitored over time.
D. That visual inspections in respect of the road markings over time BE MONITORED by Subcouncils.
