Subcouncil 20 approves the application for a liquor licence received from Shoprite Wynberg, Erf 67948 Ref No WCP029800/A trading days and hours, Mondays to Saturdays from 18:00 to 20:00 for consumption off premises, subject to the Regulations of the National State of Disaster (Covid 19) regarding the sale of liquor.
