RESOLVED that:
Subcouncil 5 SUPPORT AND RECOMMEND to Council:

That the unallocated amount of R5 656, forthcoming from 2019/20 balances, be allocated to an existing project, CPX.0017698-F1 IT & AV Equipment - Subcouncil 5, thereby increasing the budget from R61 768 to R67 424.

That the 2020/21 budget amendments be included in the January 2021 Adjustment Budget.
