a. That the proposed plan of action relating to the Transversal Management Initiative and Collaboration with the applicable line departments to deal with the Roads Reinstatement issue across the municipal area and in particular within the Subcouncils with Area Central BE NOTED
b. That the relevant department liaise with the Ward Councillor when road reinstatements are done.
c. That an updated progress report – end November 2020 BE PROVIDED.
