Subcouncil 20 notes the contents of the PBU Report.

Subcouncil 20 notes that 28 Pickerill Street, Retreat, be removed from the PBU list.

Subcouncil 20 supports that the property under the bridge in Victoria Road, belonging to Prasa, be placed on the PBU list.

Subcouncil 20 supports the request that Ward Councillors forwards the locations of vacant erven with outstanding arrears to Council be forwarded to the Subcouncil Manager.
FURTHER RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 requests that two reports be submitted to the November Subcouncil meeting on the following issues:

40 Uithof Street, Retreat, about the condition of the property and on future action that will be taken as well as being listed as a problem building.

That vacant erven and the amounts owing be submitted to the Subcouncil meeting and the recourse Council had in such matters to recover debt (the report to be considered as an In-Committee item).

Subcouncil 20 notes that South Peninsula High School is also in negotiations with the Department for a portion of the school and was willing to share it with Glenbridge Special Needs School.
