That sub council 10 recommends and SUPPORTS that the 2020/21 Grants in Aid for ward 93 & 98 be allocated to the following organizations. It was agreed that the remainder of R10 000 from ward 93 be given to ward 98 as Ubukhobakhe Educare applied for R 45 207 according to the Grants in Aid policy an organisation cannot be funded more than the amount it has requested. It was further agreed by the meeting that the remainder of R10 000 from ward 93 be allocated to ward 98 to Inzame Zethu Educare in order for the subcouncil not to forfeit the amount of R10 000 as according to the Grants in aid policy the minimum amount an organisation can apply for is R 15 000 00.
That Ubukhobakhe Educare be funded an amount of R40 000
That Mzamo Educare be funded an amount of R 15 000
That Seeds be funded an amount of R15 000
That Inzame zethu Educare be funded an of R 30 000
