Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule 24 4 (1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Specialised Dispense System, Erf 142634-RE, 77 De Waal Road, Unit 6, River Park, Southfield Diep River, for Micro Manufacturer Off Consumption, Reference No LLA20090010, be supported.
