RESOLVED
That the minutes of Subcouncil 22 Activity day meeting held in September 2020, BE NOTED.
 
MN thanked all the Ward Committee members with Chairperson in the hosting these meetings and said that the Ward Committees fare an important Council structure and Cllr’s should utilize them as indicated in the Rules of Operations, the structure is to assist liaison between the City and its respective communities and thanked the Subcouncil administration for monitoring these processes.
 
Cllr P Heynes said that on Ward 114 minutes, it reflects that in the duration of the meeting, the PR Cllr was requested to continue chairing the meeting was this due to Cllr T Honono leaving the meeting early if so, can this also be reflected on the minutes. 
 
Cllr T Honono clarified that an apology to leave the meeting early was submitted and Cllr X Qwesha continued with the meeting.
 
Cllr P Heynes also indicated that in all Ward Committee minutes, it was indicated that reminders were sent to WC members to submit Sector reports to the Subcouncil, all WC members should be held accountable and requested to submit these reports as they are representing Sectors within the community.
RM indicated that no sector reports has been received yet, the members are requested to submit on a quarterly basis in a template that was circulated to all Ward Committees.
