ANUAL REVIEW OF ORGANISATIONAL PERFOMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OPM)
Mr Coto informed the members that the purpose of the report is for Subcouncil to give input into the annual review of the OPM System by 30 October 2020
Cllr Moses informed members that he seen this item at the Portfolio Committee and had in-depth discussion, view that Subcouncil have a bite to give input.

RESOLVED
The members of the Subcouncil SUPPORT the recommendations and note the process for the review of the Organisational Performance Management system and will give input, if necessary and recommend it to the Executive Mayor together with Mayco for submission to Council as part of the annual review process. |
