That the minutes of Subcouncil 22 SKYPE meeting held on Friday, 09 October 2020, BE ADOPTED.

MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
Cllr P Heynes asked for an update regarding the ACT meetings for Subcouncil 22.
RM said that they are busy with compilation of composition of the ACT for Subcouncil 22, as a requirement there should be monthly meeting, these meetings will apply to those Subcouncils that have projects for current financial year, SC22 ACT meetings will be planning towards next financial year, waiting on report to be tabled at Council, SC22 ACT meeting might be conducted on a quarterly basis and once clarity is received, a preliminary agenda will be compiled and invite correct Officials and correct community members at the ACT meetings.
