That, notwithstanding the assessment received from the line department w r t 2 additional speedhumps, further traffic calming in Mountainview Road, Stellenberg, ward 21 NOT BE APPROVED due to the fact that all traffic calming measures for this road had been exhausted, it being a class 4 high mobility route.

That regular speed enforcement BE CONDUCTED along Mountain View Road, Stellenberg.

That the line department BE REQUESTED to verify all requests for assessments against assessments previously conducted in the case of repeat requests for the same roads.
