Resolution detail

 RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that Erf 114825 Cape Town situated on Upper Conventry Road Woodstock, measuring approximately 271m² in extent, indicated as ABCD on Plan STC 3129 marked annexure “A” attached to the report, be reserved for the Housing Development Department, subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The subject property shall be utilised for the proposition of meeting affordable housing needs within the Woodstock / Salt River precint.

2. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the subject property, including, utility consumption, security and contents insurance.

3. Housing Development Department (Directorate: Human Settlements) takes cognizance of and adheres to the conditions stated by the service branches in paragraph 9 below.
