That a follow-up be done with Andre van Niekerk of Human Settlement as to when the City intends doing public engagements and what the plans are around the housing development in Sir Lowry’s Pass Village and if there are any public engagements planned for the end of this calendar year in Ward 84.

That the Subcouncil follow-up with Melani Ohlson to provide the office with an updated progress report on the Somerset West PTI project in Ward 84.

That a follow-up be made with the official on the progress made with regards to the Makhaza Sportsfield – Soccer poles project in Ward 96.

It is recommended that the attached progressive capital expenditure report at the end of August 2020 be submitted to your Subcouncil for information and NOTING.
