That a media release together with the Subcouncil on progress with regards to the Helderberg Nature Reserve Centre as it does have a slight impact in terms of road usage which is causing anxiety among the public.

That the official to follow-up on the PAAC for Lourensford as she is not sure whether it is resolved yet.

Where issues are raised by the community and there is a response given that Ward Cllrs are notified by email to assist them.
