The Subcouncil Manager introduced the report relating on Proposed transfer of ERF Gugulethu, situated at Steve Biko Road, Gugulethu: Ikhaya Loxolo lase Gugulethu NPC.
Cllr Makasi asked the official to further explain what is the item about and the Cllr Manata who is a Ward councillors is not available to further deliberate and comment to the item.
Mr. Daniels said that the item will have to be deferred to the Special Subcouncil meeting due to the absence of the author of the report or someone who could speak to the report.
Cllr Makasi seconded by Cllr Kumeke proposed that the report BE DEFERRED.
