RESOLVED
(a) That the Application for the Extension of Liquor Trading Hours from 18:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday Trading for off-consumption
Premises in Respect of Pick n Pay Liquors N1 City, erf 32491, N1 City Mall, Louwtjie Rothman Street & Frans Conradie Avenue,
Goodwood, 7500, Licence Reference Number: WCP/002734 – Ward 27 BE APPROVED, subject to the Disaster Management Act:
Regulations relating to COVID-19 repealed.
(b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the
extended trading hours being withdrawn.
(c) Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority
and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor license.
(d) This approval is subject to compliance with all relevant City of Cape Town By-Laws and related Legislation.;
(e) This this application be approved, further, taking into consideration the current health situation, subject to the regulations published in
terms of the Disaster Management Act: Regulations relating to COVID-19 repealed, as amended from time to time.
