RESOLVED that:

Subcouncil 16 adopted the Motion of exigency for the repurposing and celebrating of the Bantry Bay Caves:

the motion of exigency be submitted to the Executive Director, Spatial Planning and Environment, Mr Osman Asmal to address the following;
i) A task team is urgently established to review the previously completed
design and reports drawn up by Sam Glen to review it against the current
needs.

The design proposal is adopted for implementation

A timeframe is drawn up for the upgrading of this area
-
The budget requirement is urgently reviewed and allocated to the project.
