Resolution detail

It is recommended that:

1. The application received from Pieter Heeger of Niveus Invest 10                     (PTY) LTD for a Business licence for Health and Entertainment:              Pool, Snooker or Billiard Tables, to permit a maximum of three                    limited tables at the Afdak Sports Bar, Erf 10065, 213 -215 Main                 Road, Strand, 7140, BE GRANTED subject to the following                           standard endorsements for this category of licence:

• This business licence must be displayed prominently in a     conspicuous place in or on the premises so as to be visible        to patrons, the public and Council officials at all times.
• This business licence is not transferable from person to       person or from business to business.
• The premises must comply at all times with the requirements       of the Tobacco Products Control Act, Act 83 of 1993, and all         regulation made under the Act.
• The Director: Community Service and Health reserves                the right to call for any other requirements that may be           deemed necessary.
• The approval of this licence does not exempt the holder from    compliance with any other licences, conditions as statutory requirements.
• The premises must comply with the requirements of the          Western Cape Noise Control Regulations, P.N.200 of 2013,    at all times.
• The premises must comply with all the fire and town           planning requirements at all times.
• No noise outbreak from the Building to a Public Space or     Street
