RESOLVED:

That Subcouncil 23 endorse the close-out reports received from Nine Miles Project (NPO 166-195) and Forever Educare Centre (NPO 090-473), which speaks to the manner in which the Ward Allocation savings amounting to R352 863 was utilised, to distribute food parcels and dry ingredients to households and soup kitchens within Ward3, 43 and 76.

That the Ward Allocation Funding: Covid 19 Food Relief Programme: Nine Miles Project and Forever Educare Centre Report be noted, subject to:
b.1) the organization clarifying their expenditure of R20 000 utilised for the food relief distribution in Ward 33 by submitting a more detailed report on their distribution and beneficiary list to be circulated to members of Subcouncil.
