Subcouncil 13 support and recommend to Council that the amount of R47,126.00 available for reallocation emanating from savings generated on the 2019/20 ward allocation budget BE ALLOCATED to a new project: Subcouncil 13 Facilities – Audio Visual Installation.
The new project and 2019/20 budget amendments be included in the January Adjustment Budget.
